
Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Retention Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive customer loyalty and retention strategies across various categories.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce. They should be able to plan and execute the CRM campaign calendar, manage daily tasks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
This role involves designing customer journeys, building dashboards, and reporting campaign performance. The successful candidate will also oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
In this role, you will work closely with our creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights and learnings.
