We are seeking a talented Digital Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Atom11. This role will be based in Bangalore and will focus on growing our sales presence in the US market.

Job Description

As a Digital Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies for lead generation, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve our goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outreach through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media
  • Cold calling experience in the US is mandatory
  • Creating and enriching high-quality leads for atom11 based on our ICP
  • Using CRM to effectively manage leads and follow-up
  • Meeting monthly quota for leads

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant work experience
  • Must have experience in US selling, specifically SaaS
  • Knowledge about Amazon Ads is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in full life cycle project management
  • Proficiency in major digital platforms

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
