About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Training Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our sales team.

Your primary objective will be to conduct thorough training needs analysis, identify skill and competency gaps, and recommend effective training interventions. You will also be responsible for preparing the annual training plan and calendar, as well as collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill and competency gaps
  • Recommend effective training interventions to address identified gaps
  • Prepare the annual training plan and calendar in line with organizational goals
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on various topics, including equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure training content is aligned with business and compliance requirements

  • A strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A willingness to travel and be on field, as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in sales and marketing
  • NISM VA certification (or equivalent)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
