Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based on-site in Agra. The specialist will be responsible for handling daily sales operations, managing customer interactions, developing and executing sales strategies, providing training to other sales team members, and overseeing sales management activities.

  • Proven Sales experience with the ability to drive results
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
  • Effective Sales Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Master's and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the software development industry is a plus
