Join a team of experts who provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes.

We are seeking an experienced NetIQ IDM specialist to support our Identity Management services in a third-tier support role. The preferred candidate should have the expertise to independently solve service problems and escalated incidents.Skill Sets and Expertise
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, with 6+ years of hands-on experience with identity management systems and 2+ years of hands-on experience using NetIQ IDM suite
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, iManager, User App, Workflows, Policies, Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge on Active Directory and eDirectory (LDAP)
  • High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in implementing SSL/self-signed certificate and encryption/decryption of keys and SQL experience
Bonus Points
  • Database experience, particularly Oracle or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
