Job Description

As an Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support for IBM ISIM and IBM TDI systems. This includes troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to ISIM/TDI environments in both production and non-production setups.

Additionally, you will manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access control, and identity governance. You will conduct regular health checks and monitoring of ISIM/TDI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Furthermore, you will support integration with various systems and applications, ensuring secure and efficient flow of identity and access data. You will also assist with upgrades, patches, and deployments to ensure systems are up to date.

You will work closely with development and security teams to identify and implement improvements to the ISIM/TDI systems. Collaboration with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend identity management solutions is also essential.

Documentation of solutions, issues, and workarounds is crucial to build a knowledge base for the team and customers. Timely and efficient issue resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) is also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM and IBM TDI
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and governance
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools in identity management
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
