Job Title: Identity Access Management Expert

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage identity and access for our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily Exchange Online accounts with efficiency, ensuring seamless integration across the board.
  • Collaborate closely with Active Directory to streamline account management processes.
  • Configure email relay and application settings effectively, ensuring business continuity.
  • Manage Exchange Online Protection application to prevent security breaches.
  • Support mobile device management across the organization, providing secure access to sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft Intune for seamless integration and efficient incident resolution.
  • Track and resolve incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy principles.
  • Knowledge of Email Security Gateway (EOP, Cisco Iron Port, Check Point, Symantec) protocols.
  • Experience with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC protocols to ensure secure email communication.
  • Business continuity and Disaster Recovery expertise to minimize disruptions.
  • Proficiency in Identity Access & Privilege Access Management to ensure secure access.
  • Understanding of Azure Roles, MFA, SSO (SAML & OAuth) for efficient authentication.
