Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

  • About the Job:

The role of the Identity and Access Management Specialist is to manage and implement IAM policies, processes, technologies, and standards for all IAM functions to ensure secure access and use of sensitive information across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to understand, analyze, and implement IAM solutions into the bank's process and infrastructure needs, including authentication, authorization, access management, and single sign-on capabilities.
  2. Develop and manage policies, processes, and standards for all essential IAM functions aligned to the bank's security and regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct IAM audits to monitor processes and ensure they comply with policies and regulations and identify potential security risks.
  4. Investigate IAM-related security incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures efficiently.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM technologies and industry trends by attending conferences, workshops, and collaborating with networks to gain IAM expertise and best practices.
  6. Develop IAM governance documents and reports to align the implementation and adherence of policies across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Strong understanding of IT frameworks and concepts.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server: SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience with ITIL concepts and best practices.
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT, IDM, Security, Process, Information Security, or Identity and Access Management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player, self-starter, and independently.
