Identity Management Lead Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to assume a leadership position in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of IGA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive role-based access control (RBAC) and role-based access delegation (RBAD) initiatives, including role mining and entitlement analysis.
  • Oversight of application onboarding, connector configuration, and provisioning workflows.
  • Manage access certification campaigns and SoD policy enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define identity lifecycle policies and security controls.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline identity processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC or similar IGA platforms, including policy configuration and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of RBAC, RBAD, and access modeling.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, and attestation processes.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory administration and scripting skills for automation.
  • Familiarity with least privilege principles and compliance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of system administration from an identity perspective.
  • Exposure to cloud environment management, Azure AD, AWS IAM, and GCP IAM.
