NetIQ IDM Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced NetIQ IDM specialist to support our Identity Management services in a third-tier support role.

Responsibilities
  • Solve complex technical problems in IDM services
  • Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on all IDM components
  • Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service
  • Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments
  • Mentor junior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications

The preferred candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, with 6+ years of hands-on experience with Identity management systems and 2+ years of hands-on experience using NetIQ IDM suite
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, iManager, User App, Workflows, Policies, Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge on Active Directory and eDirectory (LDAP)
  • High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in implementing SSL/self-signed certificate and encryption/decryption of keys and SQL experience
Desirable Skills and Experience

It would be nice if you also had the following skills and experience:

  • Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL) experience
  • Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure
  • Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skills
