Business Development Manager Role Overview
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion within our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- PoSP Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Hire new PoSPs to associate with the company and bring in new customers for insurance products.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of PoSPs, providing them with necessary product knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Training & Development:
- Provide training to all PoSPs on the various products offered by the company, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and support customers.
- Keep PoSPs updated on new products, regulatory changes, and market trends.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PoSPs, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with business goals.
- Engage with PoSPs regularly to help them explore new avenues for income generation and business development.
- Collaboration with Insurers:
- Work closely with insurers to ensure smooth business operations and address any queries or issues raised by PoSPs.
- Coordinate with insurers to ensure PoSPs receive the necessary support and information to sell effectively.
- Achieving Business Goals:
- Ensure the PoSPs meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives set by the company.
- Monitor PoSP performance and provide guidance and motivation to drive business growth.
- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales support and backend teams to ensure smooth functioning of the PoSP onboarding and operational processes.
- Ensure that all processes and systems are working efficiently to support PoSPs.
- Market & Regulatory Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry news to inform business strategies and PoSP engagement.
- Ensure PoSPs are compliant with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Policy Compliance:
- Ensure PoSPs adhere to the company policies and guidelines at all times.
- Regularly review policies with PoSPs to ensure alignment with company standards.
