The Role of a Growth Marketing Intern at Twinamics is to take on a challenging role that combines sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for researching and building target customer lists across industries, identifying decision-makers and collecting verified contact information, and qualifying leads based on Ideal Customer Profile criteria.
- Research and build target customer lists across industries (Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail).
- Identify decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Ops) and collect verified contact information.
- Qualify leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria.
- Execute outreach campaigns via email and calls.
- Craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong sales orientation — email marketing, outreach, cold calling.
- Crisp written & verbal communication; ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
- Entrepreneurial bias to action — scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong research & analytical skills.
