The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving mission-critical initiatives by spearheading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region. This strategic role ensures seamless onboarding of new schools, fosters robust relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive expansion of LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of stakeholder aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with organizational goals, ensuring smooth transition to key account teams.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Ideal Experience Profile:
- 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India sales solution delivery and successful leadership of high-volume, high-quality sales engagements is required
- Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ready to travel across territories or zones.
