Job Title: Hiring for HR Executive RoleWe are seeking a motivated and people-centric HR Executive to handle a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 0–1 year of relevant experience in implementing innovative engagement and development initiatives, driving learning and development across teams, proposing new HR initiatives, coordinating celebrations, addressing employee queries, managing complaints, leading the implementation of new platforms, performing human resources and administrative functions, and maintaining accurate documentation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve Employee Engagement: Implement engaging and development initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Drive Learning and Development: Develop and implement training programs to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Promote Company Culture: Propose and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and promote company values.
  • Coordinate Celebrations: Organize celebrations for birthdays, festivals, work anniversaries, and company milestones.
  • Provide HR Support: Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage Complaints: Manage employee complaints and grievance redressal in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement New Platforms: Lead the implementation of new platforms to enhance organizational communication and engagement.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Perform a wide variety of human resources and administrative functions.
  • Employer Branding: Lead employer branding efforts and manage the company's presence on social media platforms.
