Job Opportunity: Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents. The successful candidate will drive registrations and bookings by activating the partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external property consultants.
  • Source verified clients through partner networks and references.
  • Drive registrations and bookings by activating the partner network.
  • Plan and execute meetings with brokers and field visits.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow.
  • Provide regular feedback and market intelligence.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused.
  • Own vehicle preferred.
