Project Leader

We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative project leader who will lead multiple renovation and fitout projects.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in the execution cycle from design through procurement and construction, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy
  • Coordinate with cost planning team for budget preparation
  • Lead design process, design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages
  • Additional Tasks:
  • Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers
  • Identify delays and propose acceleration methods
  • Manage change order process
  • Site Management:
  • Supervise and lead site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy in a running hotel
  • Manage contractors' work progress at site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment

The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management, with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
