Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Optimize ERP Deployments:
    • Oversee end-to-end ERP deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership:
    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • System Integrations:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
    • Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for ERP issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

A minimum of 4–7 years of hands-on experience in techno-functional roles is required.
