Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough process evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies in collaboration with Industrial Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, to develop strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Train production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.

  • Strong background in process engineering, with knowledge of current technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply new knowledge to optimize processes.
