Job Title: Lead Finance Transformation

We are seeking professionals with extensive experience in Business Transformation to drive process improvement initiatives across the F&A process, encompassing R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and other key areas.

This includes optimizing processes, managing change, engaging stakeholders, and applying Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business transformation principles and be able to drive end-to-end projects.

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects across the F&A domain, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies for optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  2. Collaborate with business leads and IT stakeholders to standardize, automate, and simplify F&A processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  3. Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes, leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors and High radius or other cloud-based F&A platforms.
  4. Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert on F&A processes, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation, with a proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results-oriented solutions.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt) is preferred but not required.
