We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a challenging role within our organization.

  • Proficiency in techno-functional business analysis is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or finance-related courses with a proven track record of achievement in the banking, shared services, or finance sectors are necessary.
  • ACAMS certification or similar industry accreditation is highly desirable.

Senior Business Analyst captures and documents requirements, analyzes the impact of changes, and supports the business throughout the implementation process. They must understand business requirements and map them to system functionalities while possessing technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with anti-financial crime (AFC) and transaction monitoring is desired.
  • Possession of work exposure in transaction monitoring on different products, regions, and being well-versed in AML regulations is essential.
  • Understanding of executing projects in agile (scrum) methodology.
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders' needs and requirements.

  • Fluency in English (written/verbal), additional languages are an advantage.
