Core Banking Specialist

Job Title:
Core Banking SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for core banking systems.
- Support various core banking modules (retail, corporate, treasury, trade finance, payments etc.)
- Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
- Strong understanding of core banking system architecture. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
- Capable of troubleshooting APIs and extensions within the core banking system.
- Manage end-of-day/beginning-of-day operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
- Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple core banking modules and a strong understanding of the system's configuration. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and documentation abilities.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in core banking systems as techno-functional consultant.
- Strong understanding of core banking universal banking base and banking domain process.
- Good experience in multiple modules (core, CASA, loans, trade finance, payments, treasury)
- Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
- Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
- Knowledge on core banking Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
