Job Overview

The role of a Banking Supporting Architect involves providing technical expertise to design and implement secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant banking solutions.

This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing core banking systems.

  • Support the creation of solution documentation and architecture models for credit card processing, transaction management, and customer onboarding systems.
  • Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with banking capabilities and processes.
  • Ensure requirements traceability and compliance with banking regulations such as PCI DSS, AML, and KYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical architecture models for complex banking systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and compliant.
  • Conduct research on regulatory requirements impacting credit card products and digital payments.
  • Support integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party financial services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical analysis, or related roles within the banking sector.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks preferred.
  • Understanding of credit card lifecycle, transaction flows, and digital banking platforms is a plus.
