Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Test Lead is to oversee and manage testing teams for core and digital banking projects. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing teams for core and digital banking projects.
- Manage project progress, risks, and quality metrics through regular reporting to both management and clients.
- Develop and implement effective defect management strategies to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Handle escalations from clients and provide proactive problem-solving solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the testing team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
