We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with strong verbal and written communication skills. They will be responsible for managing and resolving issues by communicating with drivers and fleets, enforcing high service standards, confirming ride completion, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing world-class customer service and has excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively, and attention to detail.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and has a can-do attitude.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ready for a fast-paced work environment.
