Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist with a proven track record in Product-Led Growth and SaaS – B2B Marketing. This role is pivotal in generating and converting leads into measurable revenue while driving our brand and content strategy across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Operations and Strategy:
    • Set up and scale a robust Marketing Operations organization for a SaaS product with a focus on B2B marketing.
    • Develop and implement a data-driven product-led growth strategy to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into revenue.
    • Create and maintain rolling six-month marketing plans aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Integrated Marketing:
    • Execute integrated marketing campaigns covering internal and external engagement:
      • Product Engagement: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely promotion of upcoming features and releases.
      • Channel Management: Oversee social media, digital marketing, and other communication channels and platforms.
      • Event Marketing: Plan and manage events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
      • Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Content and Digital Asset Management:
    • Lead the creation and management of content in various formats, including videos, digital assets, website content, and blogs.
    • Oversee the curation, updating, and optimization of digital assets for marketing campaigns and ongoing engagement.
  • Customer Engagement and Brand Ownership:
    • Ensure seamless initial customer service through issue tracking, website inquiries, and FAQs management.
    • Take ownership of the brand's messaging, tone, and assets to ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Drive external visibility and internal alignment on marketing plans and activities.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
    • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially product and engineering, to align marketing efforts with product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing & Digital Marketing with a focus on product-led growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and scaling marketing operations for a SaaS product.
  • Strong expertise in content creation and digital asset management across formats and platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns covering digital, PR, events, customer engagement and experience in managing lead generation and conversion.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to align marketing with product roadmaps.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus attractive benefits and opportunities for personal growth and development.
