Sales Recruitment Manager for West Zone

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Recruitment Manager to join our team at Taggd in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to drive large-scale hiring initiatives and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales roles across the West Zone. This includes sourcing candidates through multiple channels, creating and publishing job postings, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers with selected candidates.
You will work closely with regional sales managers and HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with hiring needs and ensure timely feedback and a smooth process. Additionally, you will maintain accurate recruitment data in our ATS and share regular hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
