Regional Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts in West India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the region.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.
- Benchmark industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
- Strong understanding of the West India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
