Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our sales efforts in West India.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the region.
  2. Pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach.
  3. Benchmark industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
  4. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects.
  6. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  1. MBA from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
  3. Strong understanding of the West India market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
  4. Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs per annum
