Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Management: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions in the Salesforce platform.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder to optimize operations.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports, updates, and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Process Automation: Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Reporting: Proficient in building Reports and Dashboards.
  • Security: Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Skillset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification: Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
