Position Summary

The Prolife business handles the exchange sale of reconditioned Engines and aggregates for Commercial Vehicles. The TSM will coordinate with channel partners and distributors to increase the purchase of reconditioned products and aggregates on exchange as a substitute for overall vehicle replacement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase business for the allocated area of work.
  • Manage territory managers, channel partners, and distributors to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor stock availability, credit control, and collection for further dispatches.
  • Collect required documents for business and monitor core returns from channel partners.
  • Expand channel, product branding, and organize training programs for sales and technical knowledge.
  • Organize marketing activities, customer meets, and road shows.
  • Identify market needs and communicate for new product introduction.
  • Improve and monitor customer engagement index and channel partner engagement index.
