About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Expert to join our team at Quorum Software. As a Support Expert, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, coordinating with customers and stakeholders, and implementing best practices in the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentoring and coaching team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinating with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely and effective support.
- Implementing best practices in the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Managing the service/support delivery in good quality, well within the margin.
- Providing innovative solutions to delivery challenges.
- Consulting with and giving support to other support delivery managers.
- Proactively marketing Quorum towards customers.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in the IT industry with Net and SQL/PLSQL experience.
- 2-5 years' experience in managing a team.
- Good knowledge of ITIL.
- Preferred Oil and Gas Domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of Energy Components is an added advantage.
- Good presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Able to work with multiple cultures/countries.
- Should strive for improvements in the service delivery.
Additional Details
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
