Customer Support Associate - Financial Markets Expert

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team and provide timely and effective support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and courteous responses to address their questions and concerns.
  • Assist clients with account setup, course enrollment, and technical support related to our training platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to course access, payments, and other account-related matters in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or departments for further investigation and resolution, following up with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding updates, changes, or disruptions to our training programs, keeping them informed and reassured throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on all support tickets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to streamline customer support operations and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of WhatsApp/Telegram group/broadcast handling, MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Zoom usage.
