Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize The Sale Of Audio/Video Products At The Store, Ensuring Optimum Customer Satisfaction.
  2. Achieve Sales Goals Relative To Store Target.
  3. Evaluate The Customer's Requirement By Following Industry Standards To Provide Best Customer Service.
  4. Model Excellence In Product Demonstration To Walk-In Customers As Per Predefined Script.
  5. Ensure Store Hygiene And Presentability /Functioning Of Products On Display.
  6. Coordinate Activities At The Back Office, Manage Inventory And Reconcile Payments With Bank.
  7. Execute Post Sales Activities Like Payment Collection, Invoicing, Product Delivery And Installation.
  8. Manage External Vendors Like Logistics And Stationary Vendors On A Daily Basis.
  9. Handle Pre/Post Sales Customer Escalations And Queries.
  10. Respond To Customer Queries Within 24 Hours From Receipt.
  11. Interact With Cross-Functional Departments For Operational Support.

Desired Profile

We seek an adaptable team player who can contribute to our success. Ideally looking for immediate joiners or those with max 10 days notice. You should have excellent communication skills, a flair for selling, and passion for technology.

You must be customer service oriented, patient, adaptable, and persuasive. Willing to take initiatives and possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts. Willing to work on weekends.
