Job Summary

This role is key to PepsiCo's growth strategy. It involves developing pipelines, aligning data, and using predictive analytics to generate actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage data for analytics, reporting, and data visualization projects.
  • Develop automation processes and maintain dashboards.
  • Excel expertise and knowledge of multiple data systems like Bobj, R SI, and Retail Link are required.
  • A strong analytical mind with CPG and retail experience, along with experience in building visualization dashboards like Power BI and Tableau, is essential.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and have a good understanding of KPI metrics reporting.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with at least 2 years in data analytics.
  • Preferred experience from a top consulting firm or FMCG company.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent Excel competency, and experience managing complex datasets are necessary.
  • Experience in data transformation, data visualization, and exploratory analysis is also required.
  • Change management skills, including follow-up, follow-through, accountability, sense of urgency, and stakeholder management, are crucial.
  • The ability to approach situations differently and develop efficient solutions is vital.

Key Performance Indicators: 5 years of sales reporting experience, 2 years of data analytics experience, Analytical skills, Excel expertise, Data transformation experience, Change management skills, Stakeholder management.
