About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Lead to drive our Data Science and Analytics efforts in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analytics-driven solutions that drive top-line growth, control costs, and reduce risks across our portfolio of therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of an analytics-driven culture that drives strategic decision making
  • Develop and implement data science strategies that optimize business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality predictions and insights
  • Manage multiple senior key collaborators and allocate resources to drive maximum impact
  • Partner with business leaders to identify areas for process and systems innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
  • 14+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics leadership, AI, Machine Learning, quantitative methods, multivariate statistics, predictive modeling, and industry standard Data Warehousing technologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Python/R/Scala/Java or any other Object-Oriented Programming language; ETL using SQL/shell scripting
  • Expertise in setting up and measuring randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, and matched, case-control studies
  • Comprehensive understanding of data models and scenario planning
