Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a portfolio of projects and lead a team of professionals in the Data & AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, manage and lead a large team, and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, build strong relationships with clients, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead sales activities, drive expansion of the portfolio, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Financial Management: Ensure profitability and responsible financial management of a significant portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Experience: 18+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, including a proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio in the Banking and Finance domain focusing on Data & AI service offerings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.
