About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support our Chief Business Officer (CBO) in driving the success of our marketing agency. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CBO's initiatives are executed seamlessly while acting as a trusted advisor and operational leader. The Chief of Staff will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage high-priority projects, and enable the CBO to focus on strategic growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execution of Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the CBO in driving key strategic projects and initiatives
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between the CBO and internal/external stakeholders
- Business KPIs Tracking & reporting: Collaborate with the CBO with monitoring and improving key business metrics
- Process Adherence: Establish checks & balances for all the processes and ensure adherence from various teams.
- Project Management: Coordination with internal functional teams to ensure excellent and timely delivery of projects.
- Reporting & Reviews of Account Performance: Measure impact on a regular basis and ensure course correction based on the success indicators.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Undergraduate degree from a Tier I institution
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal is a must.
- Analytical Skills: A command on numbers, marketing effectiveness measurement is essential.
