Investment Opportunity

This role is designed for a driven and strategic professional who can identify, nurture, and capitalize on new business opportunities in the private debt space.

The successful candidate will work closely with our investment team to develop relationships with clients and lender partners, facilitating the placement of debt financing and contributing to the expansion of our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and lender partners to facilitate the placement of debt financing.
  • Business Development: Draft and develop client business overviews and Investment Memoranda (IMs).
  • Financial Analysis: Review client financial information and analysis of financial statements.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models, including integrated 3-way models (P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet).
  • Lender Interaction: Coordinate lender interactions with clients.
  • Project Management: Maintain project plans and adhere to internal SLAs.
  • Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our private debt solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Financial Skills: Financial modeling, cash flow, and financial statement analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Preparing high-quality marketing, investment, and credit papers with concise synthesis of diverse information.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for strong relationship-building.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business finance or related field.
  • Certification: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) (desirable).
  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (desirable).
