Senior Manager: Leadership Position

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, responsible for debt acquisition from financial institutions and ensuring effective management of existing lender compliances. This position will also entail coordinating end-to-end execution for fundraising transactions and overseeing liquidity and investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise debt from financial institutions through strategic term loans, debentures, and other competitive financing options.
  • Develop and present credit proposals to new and existing lenders, addressing queries and concerns related to these proposals.
  • Cross-functionally coordinate with teams to ensure that data requirements, regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal aspects are fully met.
  • Oversee existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking to maintain strong relationships.
  • Effectively manage liquidity and investment portfolios to maximize returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Possession of CA or MBA Finance degree.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in NBFC or Fintech sector.
