Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Svasti Microfinance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell our products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Meet with our management team to plan strategically and align our customer relationship efforts with our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' individual needs, addressing these through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a microfinance or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
