Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at Simple Energy Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading cross-functional teams. As a Retail Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive results and improve sales performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum
