About the Role - Associate Director, Market Research

This role is responsible for developing a robust search strategy to attract top managerial and technical contributors. You will partner with executive recruiters to build intellectual capital and stay up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence.

You will act as a career advisor to candidates and educate hiring managers about talent demographics. You will also provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on top technical talent and deliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a multi-channel search strategy to attract top talent
  • Partner with executive recruiters to build intellectual capital
  • Stay up-to-date with key market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Act as a career advisor to candidates
  • Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership
  • Deliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings
Qualification Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 14+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
  • A focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market
  • Supporting client update meetings with market-relevant content
  • Developing target lists of companies and prospects
  • Utilizing data and intelligence to impact business decisions
