Job Title: Cloud Cybersecurity Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Cybersecurity Recruiter to join our team at Talent XO. As a Cloud Cybersecurity Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our Cloud and Cybersecurity teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide relevant market intelligence and recommendations on possible search approaches or candidate requirements.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align with the search requirements.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward with in the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, job sites, and social networking platforms using different searches like Boolean.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Evaluate the candidate's ability to handle international clients from a communication skills perspective.
  • Review candidates and record their details coming from all sources in ATS.
  • Comply with the company's policies and procedures.
Engaging Candidates:
  • Use an appropriate mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Articulate value propositions to candidates interested in the job opportunity with respect to role and organization.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on interview etiquette and overall expectations.
  • Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
Assessing Candidates:
  • Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
  • Use independent judgment to compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine if the candidate is a match for the role or a potential match for other open positions.
  • Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results.
Influencing the Hire:
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
  • Partner with the hiring leader to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
  • Articulate job offers to candidates and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counteroffers as appropriate.
Service Excellence:
  • Strict adherence to all regulations.
  • Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates are in play at all times.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to the hiring leader and leadership to depict both metrics and efforts.
  • Identify perceived difficulties with searches & research and recommend solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader, providing a consultative approach with recommendations on how to move forward.
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Location: Noida / Chandigarh (Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and language skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Strong selling and negotiations skills.
  • A strong grasp of IT technologies is a MUST.
  • Market and trend understanding in IT sector.
  • Prior experience hiring Cybersecurity and/or Cloud Resources is highly desired, along with a solid understanding of the technologies involved.
