Job Title: Cybersecurity Recruiter

At Talent XO, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Recruiter to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the field of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top cybersecurity talent.
  • Source and screen candidates using various search methods, including Boolean searches.
  • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications against position requirements.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market intelligence.
  • Manage recruitment marketing plans and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and language skills.
  • Proactive and strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • A strong grasp of IT technologies and market understanding in the IT sector.
  • Prior experience hiring Cybersecurity and/or Cloud Resources is highly desired.
