Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of livelihood activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Livelihood Operations: Provide strategic guidance to project leads/teams, enhance technical quality through coordination with stakeholders, develop implementation plans and schedules, and direct project activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Enterprise Development: Establish sustainable plastic collection centers and points, launch innovative e-tricycle-based collection initiatives, implement skill training programs, and forge partnerships for capacity building and enterprise support.
  • Capacity Building: Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development workshops, coordinate multi-stakeholder events, conduct employee assistance programs and executive development programs, offer business support and mentorship, and develop information education communication materials and training resources.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Log key performance indicators into a platform, ensure accurate documentation and data flow, review and update policies and standard operating procedures, submit reports in prescribed formats, and maintain management information system data.
  • General Responsibilities: Uphold professionalism, prioritize tasks effectively, adhere to established policies and protocols, foster collaborative communication, ensure confidentiality and data security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. They will have experience in developing and implementing livelihood activities, enterprise development, and capacity building programs. A strong understanding of plastic waste management and sustainability principles is essential.
