Job Title: Senior Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Learning Management System (LMS) and drive content development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee LMS administration, including user account management and trainer training.
  • Manage digital learning content within the LMS, analyzing, updating, and refining existing online content.
  • Create and manage learning dashboards.
  • Develop SOPs for each department and manage the content creation of e-learning modules through external vendors.
  • Design and produce byte-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English language.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience with PPT, WORD, EXCEL, Canva, and video making software's.
  • Strong content writing and development skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills.
  • Vendor management and interpersonal skills.
