**Job Opportunity: Senior Leadership Role**
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our partnerships with Indian colleges and universities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage partnerships with Indian institutions, including identifying, initiating, and formalizing agreements.
- Negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.
- Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives, tracking project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations.
- Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
- Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
