Key Role: Senior Executive

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing support for internal and statutory audits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, management information reports, and perform monthly closing activities in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support the audit process by ensuring timely completion and accuracy of documentation.
  • Coordinate reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, inter-company, and other types of reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments, to optimize cash flow and minimize costs.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
