    • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to foster a positive work environment.">
    • Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes to ensure a fair and respectful workplace.">
    • Drive initiatives to reduce attrition, particularly among insurance sales staff, a high-turnover segment.">
    • Provide induction training for new hires to facilitate their assimilation into the team.">
    • Oversee Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.">
    • Identify training needs based on business and individual goals to promote growth and development.">
    • Foster new hire assimilation and drive Employee Engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.">

  • Compliance & HR Operations">

    • Ensure labor law compliance across branches in the zone, adhering to all regulatory requirements.">
    • Oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy to maintain data integrity.">
    • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to ensure compliance and minimize risks.">
    • Handle Governance, Grievance Redressal, and Conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.">
    • Communicate effectively with employees to address their concerns and needs.">
