
Strategic Client Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and Maintaining Relationships
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Fostering Long-Term Partnerships
You will also be involved in new business development, including connecting with new prospect clients, conducting telecalling and follow-up calls, and sending targeted emails and mailers. Additionally, you will maintain open communication with clients and internal teams, provide regular updates on campaign progress and results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent customer service, client relations, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in business relationship management. A proven track record of fostering and maintaining excellent client relationships is also essential.
