Sales and CRM Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales and CRM Coordinator to ensure timely updates and accuracy of sales data within our CRM/LMS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credentials Verification
    • Verify and maintain accuracy of CRM and LMS data.
  • Data Management
    • Follow up with Sales Executives to ensure CRM is updated on time.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Maintain professional communication with Sales/BDM teams.
  • Reporting & Analysis (DAR – Daily Activity Report)
    • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and follow-ups.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication & follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/LMS systems and data entry.
  • Fluency in multiple languages including Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi, along with English.
